While the Caribbean is certainly a nice destination, don't forget that here in the Northwest the diving is great and the flora and fauna diverse. Remember, winter is a great time to dive, visibility is good, even if it rains you should dive (Seattle is not really known for its' sunshine...) you get wet anyway! A little rain and you don't have to rinse your gear! ;-)
